Ameya is a recent graduate of the University of Maryland in Economics and Psychology. She is interested in human behavior, societies, and peacebuilding and working on a policy paper on climate change, conflict 
and migration  (CCM) in the
Arab region.

Christopher is a graduate of Mount Kenya University. Located in Kenya, He is researching the intersection of urbanization, urban segregation, and human security. 

Dan is leading a team to launch Polymath University – an interdisciplinary, apprenticeship-based and debt-free model for college. A military veteran, former elected official, and nonprofit leader who last served as CEO of the Pat Tillman Foundation, Dan holds degrees from Gonzaga University and the Harvard Kennedy School of Government. He is assisting with business development and educational programming.

Elayna is a rising Junior at the University of Chicago majoring in Economics, Human Rights, and Public Policy. She is joining the Colombia and Mexico projects to conduct qualitative research and analysis

and produce a literature review

and policy paper.

Emma is a rising Senior at the University of Chicago majoring in History and Philosophy. She is conducting research and analysis focused on Somalia, and working

on communication and

business development. 

Emma is a rising Senior at Georgetown University’s Walsh School of Foreign Service majoring in International Politics with a concentration in Security Studies. She is researching legal pathways for Afghan evacuees and El Salvadorians. 

Gertie is a rising Senior at the University of Chicago majoring in Creative Writing, Fundamentals, and Human Rights. She is working on the Out of War book project conducting research and analysis regarding Afghan evacuees. 

Nicholas is a rising Junior at the University of Chicago majoring in Global Studies, Mathematics, and Economics. He is researching reintegration in Sub-Saharan Africa and producing a desk review on

new and ongoing reintegration programming and regional policies. 

Salma is a rising Senior at the University of Chicago majoring in Political Science. She is working on the Somalia project and conducting primary research regarding displaced Sudanese in Egypt.

Sean is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran and rising Sophomore at the University of Chicago majoring in Political Science. He is focusing on former Afghan Special Forces reintegration and working with the policy and advocacy team to

promote impactful policies for formerly armed actors. 

Seri is a rising Junior at the University of Chicago majoring in Political Science and Human Rights. She is working on a climate change, conflict and migration (CCM) in the Arab region and co-authoring a 
policy paper on this topic.  

Victoria is a rising Senior at the University of Chicago majoring in History and Global Studies with a concentration in Law, Borders, and Security. She is working in Rwanda this summer conducting life-history interviews and analysis regarding reintegration programs and policies in Rwanda.
