President & Chair
Erin K McFee
Erin is a UK Research and Innovation Future Leaders Fellow at the Latin America and Caribbean Centre (LACC) in the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), a Scholar in Residence at the Carter School for Peace and Conflict Resolution at George Mason University, the Deputy Director for the Irregular Warfare Initiative, and the Lead Researcher for the Office for Military Affiliated Communities (OMAC) at The University of Chicago. Currently, she is working on her book manuscript, Trust After Betrayal: Society-Building After Mass Atrocity, which draws on her extensive fieldwork among formerly armed actors (FAAs) in contexts of war and organized violence.

Secretary
Douglas Livermore
Doug Livermore is a Special Forces Lieutenant Colonel in the Army National Guard currently serving as the Deputy Commander of a deployed Special Operations Advisory Group. In his civilian role, he is the Director of Special Programs and Sensitive Activities for the Deputy Under Secretary of the Navy. Multiple international affairs and security studies journals have distributed Doug’s works, including many publications in War on the Rocks, Small Wars Journal, and the Military Times.

Treasurer
Terrell Odom
Terrell is responsible for developing and coordinating efforts and specialized programs for the University’s military-affiliated communities, including undergraduate, graduate and professional students, faculty, staff, and all of their respective families. He will work closely with campus partners on applicable University policies and procedures, academic affairs, recruiting and admission, financial aid, housing, registrar services, campus and student life, and career counseling.
