In this book, a multidisciplinary analysis is conducted on various aspects of the peace process between the Colombian government and the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia - People's Army (FARC-EP), as well as the challenges of the early implementation of the agreement reached in 2016. The authors address practical issues regarding reintegration, peace agreement implementation, and transition situations related to ex-combatants. They analyze the process of political reintegration, the role of international cooperation and the private sector, the responses of groups such as youth, and also the institutional adjustments that this early stage has entailed. Thanks to the thematic diversity, approaches, and methodologies, a complementary and relevant perspective is achieved in light of the challenges this process poses for the formulation of public policies in the country. This work is aimed at academics and professionals in peacebuilding, reintegration, and transitional interventions and policies.
