Human Security
Partnering with individuals, communities, and institutions to navigate conflict, violence, and post-conflict transitions. Our work covers veteran
and former combatant reintegration, social cohesion, resilience, institutional trust, violence and recruitment prevention, and pathways to political, social, and economic inclusion.
Institutional & Organizational Capacity Building
Strengthening our institutional and organizational partners’ abilities to excel in complex and crisis-affected environments. Proprietary human-centered systems-level methodologies improve the strategic innovation, governance, readiness, and learning capabilities needed to sustain effective action over time.
Climate Change, Migration
& Resilience
We examine how climate change, displacement, migration and environmental pressures interact with conflict and community resilience. Our work supports locally grounded approaches to adaptation, livelihood recovery, resource governance and durable responses to forced mobility.
Publications & Reports
Our publications examine what happens after violence: how people reintegrate, institutions recover, trust is rebuilt, and communities adapt. Grounded in field research and direct engagement with affected communities and practitioners, our reports, briefs, essays, and public commentary translate lived experience into evidence for policy and practice.
